harness industry and electric vehicle (EV) battery industry.
In the automotive wire harness industry, the machines are used for welding multiple wires to terminals in wire harness production, such as creating single-point ground terminals or bonding wires to ring terminals. This ensures reliable, stress-free joints that comply with industry standards like USCAR-38 for detecting missing strands.
In the electric vehicle industry, the machines are used for high-voltage cable welding applications and including cable-to-terminal connections. They support precise welding of non-ferrous metals like aluminum, copper, and nickel, improving battery performance, efficiency, and lifespan.
These machines incorporate patented Closed-Loop Control (CLC) technology for real-time monitoring and adjustment of welding parameters, ensuring consistent quality and energy efficiency (e.g., up to 50% less energy than competitors). Models include the US-3020MAK-S, US-6020STH, Auto-Reel Termination Machine for reel-feed termination and the US-3020SRT for wire-to-ring termination.
